Omowunmi Akinnifesi loves empowering women

The fashion lover intends going into international imaging and etiquette. She wants to teach women not only how they should appear but how they should also behave and this is important.

Omowunmi Akinnifesi noticed that children these days, especially girls don’t have integrity anymore. They lack morals and manners that make a woman gracious and appealing.

So she took it upon herself to teach them etiquette. She noted that girls need to learn afresh how to behave like proper ladies. They have to imbibe the culture of respect for elders. They also need to learn how to host visitors, how to speak, sit down, talk as well as how to relate with the opposite sex.

Omowunmi Akinnifesi said people are hardly trained about some of these things in Nigeria today. People don’t believe they are necessary, but it’s very important. She attended Queens’ College, Lagos and they were taught these things. But these days, the students are only taught Mathematics, English and other subjects but neglect moral etiquette.

Some girls lack respect for their bodies and themselves. With proper training, this is likely to change.
