You are hurt, yes.

You are in pain, yes.

You have been betrayed, yes.

You have been lied to, yes.

You have lost someone, yes.

You have lost something, yes.

You have failed, yes.

You have fallen, yes.

You have been mocked, yes.

You have been laughed at, yes.

But you can do something positive about your terrible experiences.

You can turn your pain into something good.

You can become stronger, wiser and better.

You can refuse to be bitter everything life has thrown at you.

You can decide to live your best life using your experiences as a ladder.

You can rise above your pains and make your life better.

Cry if you have to.

Talk to someone if you have to.

Pray if you have to.

Talk to yourself if you have to.

Cry some more if it will make you feel better.

But after that, wipe your tears.

Straighten yourself.

Pick up yourself.

And try again.

Fight for your life.

Fight for your future.

Fight for the people who truly love you.

Life is a battlefield.

You shouldn’t stop fighting.

You will be victorious only if you refuse to stay down.

You will make it if you refuse to give up.

No matter what happens to you, don’t give up!
