In life, we doubt ourselves.
We get to a point where we feel things are so bad and will not get better.
Self doubt can occur in your business when things are moving slow and it seems others are doing better than you.
At other times, these doubts creep up in your career where you put in so much effort with little profit to show for your work.
Sometimes, self doubt can creep up when you are surrounded by negative people that keep feeding your inadequacies.
These people keep talking you down and attacking what you do and how you do it. They make you begin to doubt your worth.
But you don’t have to let your doubts win. Whenever you start doubting how far you can go, just think of how far you have come.
You didn’t get to where you are now in one day. It took you time and efforts. When you begin to feel useless, self doubt is at work.
Go down memory lane and think of moments you thought was the end of the road for you and how suddenly things started falling into place again.
Think of how many challenges you have overcome in the past.
Think of how many bad situations turned around for good.
Think about sad situations that became happy memories.
When you are tempted to give up, remember things you have faced and how you survived them.
Don’t forget how many battles you have won and all the fears you have overcome. This is how to overcome self doubt and insecurity.
Life is not fair. Life is not one straight, sweet line but we gat to keep living. Life is what we make out of it. So, go out and kick some ass.
When situations knock you down, you are allowed to cry, scream and even stay down for a while.
But you must not stay down. These are ways you can overcome your self doubt so that you can move forward.
You are a survivor. Better days are ahead of you. Hold on and stand tall. You will laugh last.
