The less you respond to negativity, the more peaceful your life becomes

Dear woman, the less you respond to negativity, the more peaceful your life becomes.

The less you give room for toxicity and childish behaviors, the more relaxed you will be in your journey through life. Allowing people to stress you because you are friends or family is a total waste of time.

It doesn’t matter who they are and how long you have known them, if they keep making you feel miserable, let them go. You don’t need unnecessary drama in your life.

I laugh when some people tell me that I am too hard on toxic people. I’m not hard but I have suffered at the hands of such people that the only thing that matters to me now is my peace of mind.

Does this mean I don’t have friends? No. I have friends who I enjoy good times with, share my fears and struggles with but I don’t allow anyone complicate my life with unnecessary drama.

The less you respond to negativity the more peaceful your life becomes

I sieve the people I bring into my life. It is for my own good and I am happy to be at peace with myself and others. I am a loving person so I invest my time in nurturing my relationship with people but when it becomes toxic and full of negativity, I just walk away.

I don’t do drama. I don’t entertain drama. I don’t like small talks, gossips and character assassination. I keep my life simple, transparent and productive. I feel better that way.

This is why I always tell women to avoid negativity and toxicity at all costs. It doesn’t matter if it’s a love relationship or a friendship, if some is bringing only negativity and toxicity into your life, you have to cut them loose. You should know that you deserve better.
