Don’t be too hard on yourself for giving your all to the wrong man

Dear woman, don’t be so hard on yourself for giving your all to the wrong man. Stop beating yourself up for that failed relationship.

You loved him. You took care of him. You made compromises for the relationship. You made sacrifices for him. You stood by him. You encouraged him. You spent time with him.

Even if you sacrificed part of your well being to please him and it wasn’t enough, stop crying over him. You don’t have to die for him to show him how much you love him.

Even if you gave everything within your power to make sure you both lived happily ever after and it didn’t work out, stop being so hard with you.

Stop talking down on yourself for loving him too much. He probably doesn’t know what means and couldn’t love you back. Wipe your tears and move on with your life.

You have to be proud of yourself and your honest feelings for him. You have to know that what happened wasn’t your fault. He didn’t know how to reciprocate your love.

You don’t have to blame yourself for someone else’s lack of appreciation and contentment. You shouldn’t close your heart to love either. Love is a beautiful thing.
