Lanre Gentry, the estranged husband of Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, has tied the knot with his new bride, Oluwabusayo.
The marriage took place yesterday in a ceremony that was attended by family friends and fans of the businessman.
Lanre Gentry took to his Instagram account to praise his new bride and thanked her for being his prayer warrior.
He appreciated her for understanding, supporting and tolerating him.
The visibly happy and lovestruck Lanre Gentry wrote:
“In every journey of a man’s life, having a good wife by the side is a great blessing from God… Thank you for standing with me. Again, for understanding, supporting, persevering, tolerating, loving and above all being my prayer warrior and partner.
My small but mighty in power wife. My cool, calm and collected wife. My great planner and organiser. My ever jovial and a light to my path wife. You make loving, marriage and life worthwhile for me to live in. Our journey has started Mrs Oluwabusayo Olanrewaju Gentry iyawo.”
Meanwhile, in a recent interview, actress Mercy Aigbe begged Lanre Gentry to sign the divorce papers after they dragged each other on social media during Father’s Day celebration.
She said, “Please, everyone should appeal to him to sign the divorce papers. He has even refused to accept them. We are still married and not yet divorced. The divorce is not yet finalized.”
During the Father’s Day fight between Lanre Gentry and his ex wife Mercy Aigbe, he threatened to expose secrets of the actress, accusing her of ‘prostitution and living a fake life on social media.’
Lanre Gentry said:
“Mercy Aigbe, it does not take me a minute to expose all your shady secrets callous inhuman and prostitution acts with all your so call marketer, but I will not, because of my son Olajuwon and your very good mother.
“But when the time comes the whole world will still know the fake life you are living and you need to stop all this your arrogant life.”
