Tracee Ellis Ross made quite the entrance at the 2022 Oscars. The 49-year-old Black-ish star graced the red carpet in a red Carolina Herrera dress, which featured a low-cut neckline and mermaid-inspired hem.
Tracee paired the look with studded earrings, a diamond necklace by NIWAKA, and a bold red lip.
She also shared a pre-red carpet post on Instagram captioned, “Oscars, baby!”
Tracee’s followers were loving the daring look, with one fan commenting, “This is a dangerous dress 🔥.” Another added, “As we live and don’t breathe 😂😍.” A third chimed, “LADY IN RED !!!❤️❤️ I LOVE IT !!!”
The gown was truly stunning, and her arms looked incredible. Wonder what Tracee does to stay so fit? If you’re a fan, you’ll know that she’s a regular at the gym.
In January, Tracee told The Wall Street Journal, “I work out three or four times a week. It was more before Covid, but usually Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are for sure. I’ll do a 6, 7, 8, or 9 a.m. workout.”
One of her go-to forms of exercise is the dance-based Tracy Anderson Method. “I do love Tracy Anderson, the blasting music. I love that it changes all the time,” Tracee told Vibe.
“I love that she really sculpts a workout for my body. I feel lean.” She even shared a small snippet from one of her classes on social media back in 2020.
When Tracee’s not attending fitness classes, she’s usually at the gym with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins. In the same interview with Vibe, she explained, “I love what she does and we often lift weights together…I’ll do the Santa Monica stairs. I’ll do some yoga. I also love Ballet Beautiful. Everyone can do that online.”
As for her diet, Tracee revealed to People that she likes “simple, whole foods.” She stays clear of dairy and loves to buy fresh produce from the farmer’s market. And while being a breakfast lover seems popular, Tracee favors the food she eats later in the evening.
