Man in distress because his wife divorced him after he sold his properties to send her abroad

A Nigerian woman identified as Debbie has shared the sad tale of how her friend’s brother married a woman who swindled him.

She claimed that after getting married earlier this year, the couple made plans to travel abroad.

To pay for their relocation, the man sold most of his properties but kept the money in her account. They agreed that the woman would fly to the United Kingdom first, and the husband would join her later.

Unfortunately, when she arrived in the UK, the woman, who obviously had other intentions, filed for divorce from her husband.

The man was confused by what his wife had done, so he informed her mother, who supported her daughter, and stated that she wouldn’t have approved of their relationship if she had known he was a mechanic.

Read the post below:

”It’s really unfair. A lady who got married to my friend’s brother early this year, I  don’t know what their agreement was between (husband & wife) but after the wedding, he sold most of his property so that he & his wife could relocate to the UK.

The whole money that was realized was kept in the wife’s account, and they agreed that she would travel first and the husband will join her later.

Madam got there and filed for divorce. Not getting the point, her husband called his mother in-law and all she had to say was “If I knew you were a mechanic, I wouldn’t have allowed my daughter marry you.”

*****************************************

I don’t know how true this story is but it’s not fair to use someone to achieve your dreams in a selfish way.

The story is not clear. What has being a mechanic got to do with the alleged slimy action of the lady involved in this story?

Like I said earlier, something is not adding up in this story. I hope that men and women in relationships would just be honest with one another and stop hurting themselves with lies, deceit and selfishness.
