Wedding guest captured touching bride inappropriately at her church wedding sparks concern (video)

A video of a bride being touched inappropriately at her church wedding in Enugu-Ukwu, Anambra state, has sparked concern for the bride.

After the bride and groom were joined in Holy Matrimony, guests stood in a line at the altar to hug them.

In a video recorded by a bystander, a female guest is seen walking up to the bride. Rather than hug the bride like other guests did, the woman simply reached down and touched the bride’s crotch.

Viewers have expressed concern, with many asking why the woman had to touch her nether region of all places.

Watch the video below…

Reaction:

“Evil in our society has made our first instinct to always see things negatively. However this could have been an innocent act of the woman wishing her fruitfulness. Should she have TOUCHED her in that region, NO.

Sometimes when you go to a pastor for fruit of the womb the pastor will focus the stomach and pelvis while praying for you. Am I saying all these are right, No.

But some of these elderly women in some of these less exposed community still touch female reproductive regions and ask them to start getting busy when they marry. In some cultures this is still being done.

It is us Western people and the unfortunate evil in this world that makes these gestures more than what they are.

HOWEVER, I absolutely agree that it is better SAFE than sorry and nobody knows who wishes you good or bad. So they woman should NOT have touched her in that manner and viewing the way the camera caught it I also noticed that it was a deliberate act and not just a mistaken swing.

The question now did she mean good or bad. And that we unfortunately do not know. May God help the bride.”
