Some People Are Not Impressed With Kim Kardashian’s ‘Revenge Body’ After Visible Weight Loss
Recently, Kim Kardashian thrilled millions of her social media followers with photos of her sculpted, toned and slimmer figure.
The 42-year-old reality star flaunted her washboard abs, tiny waist and iconic curves in a new gym mirror pic that she uploaded to her Instagram Story for her 344 million followers.
The SKIMS mogul recently confessed to dropping 21 pounds to specifically fit into Marilyn Monroe’s dress for the 2022 Met Gala, and has maintained this svelte physique ever since.
As many of her fans on Twitter call it her “revenge body”, other people are not impressed with her constant obsession over her weight. They consider her weight loss methods unhealthy for women and young girls.
In the Instagram post, Kim Kardashian posed with entrepreneur David Grutman and personal trainer Senada Greca.
She captioned it, “I mean look at these gainz we’ve been making.” In the pic, the mom of four snapped herself donning a low-cut, scoop-neck sports bra, high-waisted, curve-hugging leggings and gray running sneakers after a workout session.
Fans headed to the comment section to share their thoughts on her continually evolving figure and weight loss, with one writing, “Such a difference! Keep up the good work” and another chiming in, “This should be freeze framed and hung in an art gallery. Kim K casually flexing her guns is goals.”
Kardashian made headlines last year after dropping a significant number of pounds, and was criticized for “promoting starving oneself” or “acting like losing weight is easy,” as some fans on Twitter put it.
When Kim Kardashian dropped 16 pounds in three weeks to fit into a vintage Marilyn Monroe dress at the 2022 Met Gala, some speculated that she was taking semaglutide, a diabetes drug sold under the brand names Ozempic and Wegovy, and increasingly used off-label for weight loss.
While Kardashian has not commented on the rumours—she told Allure she lost the weight with the help of a nutritionist and a trainer—the buzz about Ozempic, as well as tirzepatide (brand name Mounjaro), has only grown in recent months.
These drugs, which work by regulating blood sugar and suppressing appetite, are all the rage in certain circles. However, some patients are noticing an unwanted side effect after using the meds.
According to medical experts, this medication can cause rapid weight loss, and when this happens, it happens across the entire body, where any stores of fat are, this includes the face.
Many fans expressed their concerns following Kim Kardashian’s weight loss transformation, stressing that extreme diets are far from healthy.
