Pastor’s wife finds out after 10 years of marriage that her husband has another family

A woman who married a pastor has described how she discovered after ten years that her husband was already married with children.

The woman narrated that while they were married, her husband claimed that God had called him and left her to support the family on her own.

She made the crucial discovery about his first marriage and made the decision to end the marriage and obtain an annulment.

The woman said:

“After my marriage was annulled. This was me October 3 years ago after I discovered that the so called man of God I got married to has been legally married in his home town with kids. And he lived a fake life with me for 10 good years.

“A pastor that d£flowered me on our wedding night and still had the guts to keep his past from me.

“Thank God for exposing him. I had been the one sustaining-d family while he refused to work claiming God called him. Singles, please shine your eyes well.

“Before marriage, prayer is good but investigate well who you are spending the rest of ur life with. See ehn, this man ruined my dreams, visions, talents, gifts but thank God I came out alive.”

This is a clear case of deception. Deception occurs when you deceive, a word that comes from the Latin de- meaning “from” and capere, meaning “to take.” When you deceive someone, the result may be taking — like items you don’t really need from people willing to give them, believing they are helping you.

Some people lie because they believe that no one can like or love them the way they are. Deception can trick couples into thinking they are keeping a relationship going, or in some sense lubric@ting it, but this often means they are neglecting to develop much-needed communication skills, good intim@cy, and solid trust. This is why people are deceptive in relationships.
