Jane O’Toole is a female soccer player that showed the world how to battle on with an injury after she kept playing after dislocating her knee during a match in the Scottish league.
O’Toole is the captain of St Mirren WFC, and she was in the middle of a game when she flipped over and hurt her knee. The shocking footage that has been released by the club shows the horrible moment in which she came off on the wrong side of a challenge in a match against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
Jane clashed her knee with an Inverness player as she was trying to kick the ball, and she was immediately thrown to the ground and landed on her leg.
Even though it didn’t seem like a big deal at first, looking a little closer, it became clear that her kneecap is on the other side of her leg.
However, the moment that made the whole world applaud her was when she sat up and started bashing her leg until her knee was in the right place.
Even though most people would assume that she would have had to be carried away and be substituted, Jane is made out of iron, and she played on for the rest of the match.
