Dear woman, do you love others but struggle to love yourself?
Dear woman, do you love others but struggle to love yourself? Do you bend over backwards to please society but hurt your soul in the process?
Do you do everything you can to keep a man who doesn’t want to be kept? Do you struggle to fit into society’s unhealthy expectations for your life?
Dear woman, I see you. I see your fears and hesitations. I see your strength and courage.
I see the way you love others but struggle to love yourself. I see the way you give everything to others but save little or nothing for yourself.
I see how you crumble under the weight of societal expectations and approval.
I see the way you look down on yourself for being different from others instead of embracing your uniqueness.
I see the way you pretend to be what you are not while your true self is crying out for expression.
I see how hard you work to grow and your determination to heal your secret wounds.
I see how vulnerable you make yourself while ignoring your divinity. I see your tears. I feel your pains.
But you must decide to either rise in your elements or choose to remain down.
Your life is in your hands. What you want to become is in your hands. Your future is in your hands.
What are you doing to live your life to the fullest? What are you doing to be all you were created to be? What are you doing with your uniqueness? Why do you still struggle to fit in?
Remember, you are not what happened to you, you are what you choose to become. Rise above your pains and struggle and do something positive with your experience.
Choose wisely. Choose yourself. You matter to yourself. You don’t have to struggle to live your best life. The world is waiting for you to be everything you can be.
Don’t lose yourself. Don’t destroy who you are because you want to be who society wants you to be.
Thank you
