“Don’t settle with a woman who doesn’t see you as her lord, master and saviour” – Marriage coach advises men
A Nigerian woman, identified as Jane Chukwu, has advised men not to marry women who don’t see them as “lord, master, and saviour.”
Jane, who describes herself as a “family, parenting, business, and marriage coach,” gave this advice in a post via her Facebook page.
According to her, men shouldn’t settle with women who don’t see them as their saviour.
She said that everyone defends their Saviour and went on to say that for a marriage to be successful, the woman must respect her husband and regard him as a saviour.
“Dear men, once she doesn’t see you as her lord, master and saviour, don’t settle with her because everyone protects their saviour,” she wrote.
No one will be in a war and harm their saviour, she will protect and care for her saviour because her live depends on her saviour. Once you see her comment anywhere claiming her husband can never be her master, saviour and Lord, please do your simping self a favour and leave her alone. Allow her search till she finds that saviour”.
This is a hilarious post. Apart from the fact that religious women and pick me women claim they must submit to their husbands, they have raised the bar to women seeing men as their saviour.
If you don’t belong to any religion or don’t believe in the headship of a man in marriage, there’s nothing wrong with you. You are a normal human being and your beliefs are valid.
As for me, I don’t believe in submission or headship in marriage. I believe in mutual love and respect. A man is not superior to me and I’m not inferior to him.
I believe that a husband and wife are both adults capable of taking decisions together and living life as it comes. Marriage SHOULDN’T be a master servant relationship.
