Kylie Jenner teases launch of her clothing line, Khy, with sultry snap in leather trench and heels
Kylie Jenner might be known for her beauty brand, but now she’s joining her sisters by entering the fashion industry with her own clothing line, Khy.
The “Kardashians” star, 26, posted a glam photo of herself to announce the news on Instagram Tuesday, cryptically captioning the snap, “Meet Khy.”
In the photo, she sits on the floor in a black leather trench coat with zips up the sides, wearing the oversized style — presumably from her new brand — unzipped to show plenty of leg.
Jenner also sports red patent leather pumps in the pic, wearing her hair down in a wavy style as she pouts at the camera.
Although she originally tagged an Instagram account for Khy in her post, the page — which featured a different photo of the Kylie Cosmetics mogul wearing the same leather jacket — seems to have been deleted since Tuesday.
Other than Jenner’s teaser post, she hasn’t shared any more info about her foray into fashion; the Khy website features an image of the businesswoman with her back to the camera and a form for shoppers to sign up for “early access” to the line when it launches.
However, Page Six Style reported in August that Jenner was entering the clothing biz after signing a deal with Jens and Emma Grede, the same design team responsible for Kim Kardashian’s Skims and Khloé Kardashian’s Good American.
Although her sisters might be killing it in the fashion world, Kylie will go her own way, with a source telling us, “All the girls each have their own vision.”
“They inspire and whip each other up,” the insider continued. “They’re all so different and independent, but they give each other a ton of advice.”
While this marks the mom of two’s first independent clothing brand, she collaborated with sister Kendall Jenner, 27, on a collection for PacSun in 2012.
As for her Instagram followers, they seemed pumped for the newest KarJenner business.
