Dear woman, you are not any man’s saviour
Dear woman, you are not any man’s saviour. It is not your duty to fix an unwilling man.
He should do that himself. That is his responsibility. He has to be whole to be good for you.
You don’t have to die for a man who doesn’t give a hoot about you.
You don’t have to stay away from relationships that drain you mentally, emotionally and psychologically.
There’s no reward for dying gradually in dysfunctional relationships.
If he is not sure that you are the one he needs, give him space.
If he says he’s not ready for a commitment and you want it, cut him loose.
Go where you are loved not where heartaches will be your food all day.
Whenever I see young ladies bending over backwards to save unwilling men, my heart breaks.
I see young ladies who believe that they were created to save bad men. These ladies don’t know that they are draining themselves emotionally, physically and mentally.
You can’t save a man who doesn’t want to be saved. You can’t save a badly raised man. You can’t save a man who believes that he’s never wrong.
You are a human being not that man’s savior. Stop thinking that you are in his life to fulfill a divine purpose if he’s not doing anything to match your efforts.
Let this be the year that you release what is no longer right for your heart, soul and life. Let this be the year that you choose you over any irredeemable man you are dating.
I know it is not easy to leave someone you love but if that man refuses to grow up, you have to protect your sanity and move on with your life.
You need to focus on moving forward and not backwards. Stop trying to fix a broken men.
Start taking care of you and go where the love is. You matter. Look out for yourself.
