Wife of celebrity auto-dealer, IVD, in critical condition as she burns down house over alleged domestic violence

Bimbo Ogbonna, wife of the Chief Executive Officer of IVD Autos, Ikechukwu Darry Ogbonna, popularly known as IVD, has burnt down their Lagos mansion.

Kemi Filani news learnt that the wife of the celebrity businessman narrowly escaped death after burning their home in Lagos.

According to reports, Bimbo is currently in pain at a hospital after being almost burnt to death during a brawl with her husband.

It was gathered that the incident happened at their residence in Megamound estate, Lekki, Lagos, on Wednesday, October 12.

Sources said that Bimbo Ogbonna had confronted her husband over the constant beatings she receives from him and a fight ensued.

The source, who called for help, rushed her and IVD to the hospital. Unfortunately, Bimbo was burnt beyond recognition.

In 2020, Bimbo called him out for domestic violence in a series of Instagram posts for domestic violence.

Instablog9ja reported that she was beaten by the auto dealer when she was eight months pregnant until she lost consciousness.

Coming out to confirm the reports, Bimbo noted that she had lived in self-denial for 19 years as her family kept supporting her family to ensure that her husband rises to the top but what she has gotten in return are serial cheating and beatings.

A mother of five, Bimbo Ogbonna revealed that IVD, who established himself as an astute businessman of many trades, had repeatedly pointed his gun at her in the presence of their kids. She added that he also beat her because of his brother.

Bimbo Ogbonna who has constantly covered up her husband’s abuse for years started talking about it after he be@t her and she went into coma while pregnant with their fifth child.

However, after his apology to her, the couple reunited and went on to celebrate their 11 years marriage anniversary but now, they are in the news again for the wrong reason.
