Nigerian Men rape women. Nigerian Men kill women.
It is Nigerian men who commit these crimes against women.

It is what it is. This is the reality of women in this country.
When a woman is alone with a man, she is afraid of what might happen to her.
When a woman meets a man on a lonely road at night, fear grips her.
When a woman sees a bus full of men, she won’t enter because of fear.
When a woman is alone at home and a man comes around, she becomes uneasy.
This fear stems from the fact that men rape women.
These men seize any opportunity they have to rape women.
Instead of fighting people who say all men are potential rapists, teach the supposed good men in your life not to rape women.
Teach your sons not to feel entitled to women’s bodies.
The good men in your families should join in this fight against rape.
Your good husbands and brothers shouldn’t look away when their friends rape women.
They should demand that their gender stop raping and killing women.
It is not enough to claim that your brothers, sons and husbands are not rapists.
It is not enough. Women live in constant fear of men. Nigerian men are potential rapists.
The funny thing about this whole not all men argument is that the same men who are angry that they are called potential rapists can’t trust their daughters and sisters with other men.
Many times when a woman who visited a man is raped, these men say that you can’t leave yam and goat in one place and expect the goat not to eat the yam.
They indirectly call themselves goats who don’t have self control yet they get angry when we say women live in constant fear of men.
