Why Nigerian women should quit making excuses for inconsistent men

Dear Nigerian women, quit making excuses for inconsistent men. You are not a dumping ground for unserious men’s mind games.

A man claims to love you but he blows hot and cold at the same time and you keep telling yourself that he’s like that because he has issues.

If you doesn’t want to share his struggles with you, leave him alone. Stop waiting for him to give you stipends of his time and affection.

Don’t allow an inconsistent man come in and out of your life like he owns you. Snap out of that cycle of emotional turmoil.

Don’t reward his inconsistency with love, care, nurture and sex. Sex won’t keep him. Stop depriving yourself the chance to be truly happy.

Don’t think he keeps coming because he loves you and can’t leave you alone. He’s playing with you. Know this and know peace.

How can someone who claims to love you go incommunicado for days, and weeks and you still listen to his fake love songs? Is he the only man in this world?

He keeps coming back because you keep waiting for him to show up. He doesn’t love you and that’s why he comes back only when he feels like it.

Your mental and emotional health shouldn’t be toyed with that way. Let him go. A man who can’t communicate his feelings shouldn’t be in your life.

Snap out it! Protect yourself. Protect your mental health. Protect your heart. Love yourself more than that inconsistent human. Let go and have peace!

If a man is making excuses why he can’t be in a relationship with you but won’t leave you alone, it really means that he’s not interested in being in a relationship with you. This is what it means if a man keeps making excuses.

An inconsistent man is an emotional abuser. He will make you believe you are in a relationship one day and make you doubt that next week. His inconsistency shouldn’t be rewarded.

What do you do when a man is inconsistent?

1. Stop making excuses for him and his hot and cold attitude towards you.

2.  Stop relating with him just to see if he will get his act together and be more consistent in your life.

3. Love yourself more and stop playing his mind games.

4. Focus on protecting on emotional and mental well being.

5. Engage and enjoy extra curricular activities.

6. Set boundaries and rules with the type of relationship want to have in the future.

7. Be happy with yourself first and don’t allow any man toy with your emotions.

What is inconsistency in a relationship?

If a man is inconsistent, you don’t feel safe or sure of your relationship with this person. He disappears and reappears without explanations but keeps love bombing you. It’s a form of emotional abuse. This is what inconsistency in a relationship means.
