Nollywood actress Lota Chukwu has shared a very important thing she is learning about relationships and expects people to take note of it.

Lota Chukwu wrote:

“One thing I’m learning about relationships is: even if you’re a self sufficient person, emotionally and every other way, you need to let people do things for you sometimes even if you don’t need it.

Because one day you will need it, and they are have never learned to give it you. That’s where resentment and hidden anger starts to come in.

Also, if you don’t make them give you, you’ll never know if they’re capable of satisfying that crave that is bound to come one day.

Also, this is why a lot of people who are givers in relationships don’t even realize they are being used.

It usually takes them a very long time to realize the other party is taking them for iediat, because they have never consciously put themselves in a position to be given.”
